Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. England is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Stahlman-England Irrigation, Inc.  From 1993-1997, Mr. England was the Chairman, President & Executive Officer of Sweet Ripe Drinks, Ltd. (a fruit beverage manufacturing company).  Prior to 1993, Mr. England held various executive positions with John Labatt Limited (brewing company), Catelli Inc. (food manufacturing company) and Johanna Dairies Inc. (dairy company).  In 1993 Mr. England retired as Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer of John Labatt Limited.  Mr. England is a director of Stahlman-England irrigation Inc., HEMS, LLC (investment partnership) and Goodwood Fund 2.0 Ltd. (registered regulated mutual fund).

Mr. England joined the Board of Enbridge, Inc. in 2007 and is a member of the Audit, Finance & Risk Committee and the Governance Committee.

Mr. Stahlman, a native of Florida, is the Vice Chairman and Founder of Stahlman Irrigation Inc.  Coming from a family business of landscaping and irrigation, Mr. Stahlman started in the irrigation industry in 1984 and was the Stahlman-England Chief Operating Officer for more than two decades through 2007.

Certified in irrigation design and installation, Mr. Stahlman built a strong reputation for quality and service with high-end landscape contractors working exclusively in Lee and Collier Counties.  In 1990, a growing customer base and increased sales forced the company to diversify its services and continue to expand its geographical reach into Charlotte, Sarasota & Manatee Counties.  In 1999, Mr. Stahlman and Mr. England formed a partnership to form the new corporation: Stahlman-England Irrigation, Inc.  The partners further expanded the firm’s capacity and now participate in residential & commercial projects, servicing both the public and private sector of Southwest Florida.

Mr. Stahlman is a director of Stahlman-England Irrigation Inc. and HEMS, LLC (investment partnership).  He devotes much of this time to industry-related groups to include: the National Irrigation Association, Florida Irrigation Association, South Florida Water Management Association, Florida Water Conservatory, Rotary Club of Naples, Diocese of Venice Planning & Development, the Building Advisory Committee of Lee County & the Toro School of Business.  Following devotion to his faith, Mr. Stahlman is also involved in the following charities: St. Matthew’s House, St. Vincent de Paul, Habitat for Humanity, Guadalupe Center, Sunlight Home, Diocese of Venice Faith Appeal, St. Elizabeth School, Seacrest School Relay for Life, YMCA and CPCI.
 WILLIAM DELGADO

Mr. Delgado is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Stahlman-England Irrigation Inc.  From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Delgado was a developer in the WCI Communities, Inc.  Southwest Tower Division were he directed design, sales & marketing, and construction of multimillion dollar luxury hi-rise projects.  Prior to 2004, Mr. Delgado served more than 13 years in multiple command and staff positions as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army.  His service included tours of duty throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Mr. Delgado is a graduate of Rutgers University and he holds an MBA in Real Estate Development and Finance.
 MICHAEL DEHAY  
Michael DeHay
Vice President - Operations

Mr. Michael DeHay is Stahlman-England’s Vice President of Operations and the Underground Division.  He brings more than fifteen years experience in the installation and service of residential and commercial irrigation systems.  His project portfolio contains hundreds of successful projects at a value over $50M in revenue to include work throughout the prestigious Lakewood Ranch private community.  Mike is a Florida state certified and licensed underground contractor currently working on more than $2M in public and private contracts.  Prior to working in the irrigation industry, Mike served our nation in the U.S. Army and we are very proud of his status as a decorated combat veteran who served in the first Gulf War.

Sales & Marketing Development

Marty Sullivan is in charge of Business Development and Sales initiatives for Stahlman-England Irrigation Inc.

Mr. Sullivan is a Florida native with extensive sales and management experience in real estate development, construction, and financial market segments.  Marty is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, 1990 and has resided in Naples since 1994.
